New sign. New site. Same shop you've always been.

Kreatix designs logos and websites for independent businesses — cafés, tradespeople, salons, shops and clinics — the kind of places that earn trust on the high street and now need to earn it online too.

Services

Two things, done properly

No bloated packages or filler add-ons. Just a logo that looks right on a shopfront and a website that gets you found and gets you booked.

01 — IDENTITY

Logo & brand mark

A mark built to work everywhere your business shows up — signage, vans, packaging, invoices — not just a file that looks nice on screen.

  • Primary logo plus a compact version for small spaces
  • A colour palette and two paired typefaces
  • Print-ready files for signwriters and packaging suppliers
  • A one-page brand sheet so it stays consistent
02 — WEBSITE

Business website

A fast, mobile-friendly site that explains what you do, shows your work, and makes it obvious how to book, call or visit.

  • Up to 6 pages, written and built around your services
  • Google Maps, opening hours and click-to-call built in
  • Contact and booking forms that land in your inbox
  • Set up for Google Search from day one
How it works

Three steps, roughly three weeks

The same order every time, so you always know what's next.

01

We talk about your business

A 30-minute call about your customers, your competitors, and what's not working with what you have now.

02

We design and you review

You'll see logo concepts or page designs within a week, with two rounds of changes built into every project.

03

We hand it over

Final files, a live website, and a short call to show you how to update it yourself.

Florist

An unboxed, illustrative mark that scales down to a ribbon stamp, paired with a full-bleed, image-led site that suits wedding enquiries.

FAQ

Common questions

If your question isn't here, ask us directly — see the contact section below.

How long does a project actually take?

Most logo-only projects wrap up in about 2 weeks. A full logo-and-website project is usually closer to 3 weeks, depending on how quickly we get feedback from you between rounds.

Do I need to know what I want already?

No. Most clients arrive with a rough idea at best. The first call is exactly for working that out together — what your customers respond to, what your competitors look like, and what's not working with what you have now.

What if I don't like the first designs?

Every project includes two rounds of revisions, so the first concepts are a starting point, not a final answer. We'd rather get it right than get it fast.

Do you only work with businesses in certain cities?

No — we work with independent businesses across the UK. Calls and reviews happen remotely, by video or phone, so location isn't a barrier.

Will I be able to update the website myself afterwards?

Yes. Once the site is live, we walk you through how to update text, photos and opening hours yourself, so you're not stuck waiting on us for small changes.
